Small Group
A 60-minute weekly session in a group of 3, but no more than 6. Enjoy individualized attention, targeted programming, and a strong sense of community. (More fun with friends!)

Personal Training
Work privately with a Hatch Personal Trainer to get a program built around you—your abilities, goals, and confidence level. All new clients begin with a free consultation to help guide your plan.
