Group exercise classes for active adults looking to maintain or gain strength, balance, and mobility.

Pilates

Build core strength, flexibility, and agility through a series of lying and standing positions. Improve your alignment and learn proper breathing techniques while toning your upper and lower body. Good for all levels but must be able to get on and off the floor unassisted.

Yoga

Combines flexibility and strength through active poses and periods of stillness. This class allows space to explore the purpose and mechanics of each pose while focusing on proper alignment, breathing, building awareness, and relaxation techniques. All levels welcome but must be able to get on and off the floor unassisted.

TRX Suspension Training

TRX® is total-body resistance exercise using a suspension strap system, allowing you to perform exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Barre

A combination of functional strength, ballet-inspired movement, Pilates, and yoga. This class focuses on alignment and optimal posture while enhancing coordination, balance, and overall strength. Bands, balls, and light hand weights may be used, in addition to floor work.

Base Camp

Gain more strength and stamina! Designed to challenge your body without the impact of a traditional boot camp. Training areas include cardio, balance, strength, and agility. The safe, low-impact activities are appropriate for all ability levels in a fun, social atmosphere.

Core & More

A quick, but intense 30-minute core workout when you’re either short on time or as a post-workout finisher! Stability balls and bands, along with other equipment, may be used.
