Designed specifically for special populations—such as older adults, individuals with Parkinson’s disease, autism spectrum disorder, multiple sclerosis, disability, or those recovering from injury or replacement—the class emphasizes adaptability, safety, and support.

Participants engage in modified boxing drills, including heavy-bag work, shadowboxing, balance training, and coordination exercises. The focus is on improving cardiovascular fitness, strength, agility, cognitive function, and confidence, all while fostering a sense of community. Whether seated or standing, every individual is encouraged to progress at their own level with dignity and encouragement.

Balance & Gait

This class is specifically designed to improve balance, coordination, and walking ability for individuals with a range of physical or neurological challenges. It provides a safe and supportive environment that promotes functional movement and confidence.

Activities may include dynamic balance drills, weight shifting, stepping patterns, walking practice over varied surfaces, and dual-task training (combining physical and cognitive tasks). All exercises are modified to each participant’s ability level, with options for seated, supported, or assisted movement.

Strength & Stability

Designed to improve functional strength, core stability, and overall mobility for individuals with unique physical needs. The class emphasizes safe, low-impact exercises that support independence and daily movement.

Participants engage in controlled strength-building movements targeting key areas that support posture and coordination. Exercises may be performed seated, standing, or with support, using light weights, body weight, or other specialty equipment with all activities adapted to individual ability levels. This class fosters a welcoming, inclusive environment where participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and focus on building strength from the inside out.

Whether you're living with limited mobility, chronic pain, balance challenges, or a neurological condition such as Parkinson’s, stroke, or multiple sclerosis, this class offers a safe, supportive, and welcoming space to experience the benefits of yoga.

The practice focuses on breathwork, gentle stretching, joint mobility, balance, and relaxation. Poses are adapted to meet individual needs and may be practiced seated in a chair, standing with support, or on a mat—with modifications provided throughout. Emphasis is placed on body awareness, mental clarity, and stress reduction, helping participants connect with their bodies fostering a sense of empowerment, calm, and well-being.

Neurobics

Aerobics for your brain! A brain-body fitness experience that combines physical exercise with mental stimulation to enhance cognitive function, coordination, and neuroplasticity. This class is ideal for older adults, individuals with neurological conditions (such as early-stage dementia, Parkinson’s, or stroke recovery), or anyone seeking to improve memory, focus, and mental agility in a fun and supportive environment.

Participants engage in a series of light to moderate physical movements while simultaneously performing cognitive challenges—such as counting backwards, solving simple puzzles, recalling patterns, or switching between tasks.
