Our mission is simple: to help you redefine what’s possible through movement, mindset, and community.

We offer two personalized tracks:
Classic
For active adults looking to maintain or gain strength, balance, and mobility.
EMBRACE
Specialized programming for individuals living with chronic conditions including, but not limited to, Parkinson’s, MS, post-stroke recovery, or movement restrictions.
Both tracks are rooted in science, compassion, and our belief that with the right support, you can go further than you thought possible.
Meet the Owners
Hatch Fitness founders Emily Gerlach and Amy Strong share a passion for helping people thrive through movement.
Emily brings years of experience working with active older adults. Her empathy, energy and dedication to training through functional fitness fuels her desire to find innovative ways to help her clients meet their goals, regardless of ability or chronic condition. Emily holds a Personal Training Certification paired with Mental Toughness and Senior Fitness Specializations from NASM. She is also certified in Mat Pilates, TRX Suspension Training, and CPR/AED BLS.
Amy’s lifelong interest in exercise and nutrition informs her holistic approach to fitness. When her father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, Amy became a certified Rock Steady Boxing Coach and gained a deep understanding of neurological conditions through years of coaching this population. Amy focuses on helping people build confidence and capability through thoughtful movement. She holds certifications in Health Coaching, Group Fitness, Inclusive Fitness, Rock Steady Boxing and HeartCode BLS.
Together, we created Hatch Fitness to be a place where age, ability, and diagnosis don’t limit potential — they shape a new kind of strength.
